AYF Anniversary Celebration & Reunion 2023

AYF and JYF Alumni are cordially invited to join us in Freiburg for the BIG “AYF @ 60+3” Anniversary Celebration and 2023 Reunion of the program! The Academic Year in Freiburg and AYF Alumni & Friends e.V. are hosting a reunion from July 6 to 10, 2023.

You will have the chance to re-experience the charms of Freiburg in the company of former and current students, teachers, and program leaders.

We have planned five days of events, including:

• Opening celebration and reception
• Guided tours on Freiburg history; University Museum; the new University Library; the University Jail; Art around the University; and Memory Culture in Freiburg
• AYF Program Center Open House
• Evening at a Biergarten
• Performance by the AYF band, The Black Forest Badgers
• Black Forest hike around Schluchsee
• Closing Reception at the Gerichtslaube, Freiburg’s oldest City Hall

Program information for the Reunion 2023 and a registration page are now available on the AYF program website. Please register by the 1st of May to give us and the program staff time to adjust locations and bookings as needed.

After finishing your events registration on the AYF website, please return to our AYF Alumni & Friends e.V. alumni club website to make your reunion contribution and, if so desired, pre-order AYF logo T-Shirts.
